The provision of the
highest quality in long term nursing
care has been the backbone of Saint Joseph’s Manor
since the facility opened in December of 1975. With
the resident’s physician, our professional nursing
staff coordinates the personalized care for each of
the Manor’s long term care residents. We have
twenty-four hour RN coverage in the facility at all
times. Our approach to care involves the
participation of a multidisciplinary team. Members
of the team include licensed social workers, and
personnel from dietary and activities. Families and
residents are encouraged to become part of the team
process by attending the quarterly resident team
conference held for each resident. We are able
to offer resident social activities seven days a week. |
